Defining Connection Info at the Workflow Definition Level

You can define connection information at the workflow definition level or on an activity-by-activity basis.

To define connection information at the workflow definition level

  1. In a workflow definition's Designer Pane, select a blank area.
  2. In the Properties Pane, in the ClosedConnection Profiles property box, select an existing connection profile. The profile you select will be the default profile for all new activities added to your workflow.

    Note: If no connection profiles are available to choose from, click Manage workflow connection profiles to create one.
